Avaya remote worker phones won't register

Has anyone been able to get an Avaya IP Office remote worker phone to register using pfSense.
Trying to get ours to work, have Ports 1718-1720, all the RTP ports 49152-53247 forwarderd to the IP Office.
The remote phone sits in a Discovery/ Registering loop.
