Managing network traffic

hello ,
i had 4 interfaces in my pfsense:
interface admin 192.168.2.1
interface wan (internet) 192.168.1.3
interface web 192.168.3.1
interface bd 192.168.4.1
i would like to configure rules of the interfaces like this :
source–----------------->destination                 
wan                              adressip pfsense
adress ip pfsense          dmz web         
dmz web                        dmz bd , wan

i didn't know how to make these rules ! should i configure only source or destination ? thanks to explain to me
