CP External File Manager???

Is there any way to connect a File manager to my pfSense box to manage the Captive Portal??
i need to change the content of login page to often and upload each file at the time it's a waste of time; so i was thinking if would be possible to connect DreamWeaver or some file manager like that to make the process faster.

Anything that speaks SFTP should work.  Just know that uploading directly doesn't put the files in the XML config and might not survive a reboot.
