Config.xml DTD

Hello everyone,
I am currently working on a package development.
And I am  wondering if it exists a DTD file for the configuration file of pfsense?

I also had a look to the DTD package file.
But the matter is that the  file is quite old, so do you know if  I can find  a more recent DTD for the package configuration file?
