OPEN-VPN RADUIS AD works between subnets

hi guys,
i have a openVPN configured to identificate over the AD,
however when i try to connect over the internet it doesn't work no hand shake.
when i connect from one different subnet it works.
my ISP modem has the port forwarded to the pfsense and on the pfsense rules the port is forwarded fine.

any suggestions to troubleshoot this ?
