      Hi everyone.

I have an odd problem that started after upgrading to 2.1.4.  I have an OpenVPN connection to a commercial vpn which works great.  I've been using it for several months without any problem.  Recently I've started getting this error if my wan to my isp drops, which happens sometimes.

Jul 7 13:26:21 openvpn[17423]: TUN/TAP device ovpnc3 exists previously, keep at program end
      Jul 7 13:26:21 openvpn[17423]: Cannot open TUN/TAP dev /dev/tun3: Device busy (errno=16)
Jul 7 13:26:21 openvpn[17423]: Exiting due to fatal error

I also see the OpenVPN daemon has stopped.  Restarting it from the gui gives the error posted above.
In the past this didn't happen, when the connection came back OpenVPN would connect ok.

The odd thing is, it's still working, I can check my ip at www.ipchicken.com and it shows my ip is the vpn ip.  I've also done a packet capture and as far as I can tell it's working as it should.

I'd like to fix this but don't know where to start.  I can fix it temporarily by rebooting, but the next time the WAN drops it comes back.

      Thank you.
