I have an IP that is in the WebConfiguratorLockout table that I need to clear out but the X button is not clickable.  How can I delete the entry?

That's almost always a JavaScript issue.

Using IE? If so, try another browser. If you're in FF, try Chrome. If you're in Chrome, try FF.

I thought that myself at first.  Was in Chrome, tried Safari but no dice.  Since then I've tried Chrome, IE and FF on Windows and get the same results.  I'm still on 2.1.2 so perhaps an upgrade will fix it?  It seems strange.  I'll schedule and upgrade tonight.

Ah, I do believe that was broken on 2.1.2. Upgrade to 2.1.4 and it'll be OK

So what happened? Did upgrade fixed your issue?

No, I still couldn't click the X on the states but the reboot cleared out the entry giving me grief anyway.  :-\
