      we can't play this game if we are using pfsense.

            Just the error text would have sufficed.  No need for massive images.

            What version of pfSense are you using?  Custom hardware (ALIX boards etc), PC or virtual install?  What are you using it for?  What is your pfSense box connected to on WAN and LAN?  Do you have any extra packages like Squid installed?  What are your firewall rules??  Come on, friend.  Don't make me pull info out of you like a dentist pulling teeth  :D

              sorry im a newbie.

              version 2.0.1 and 2.1.4 i tested both.

              i just use squid only.

              firewall rules is on default i haven't modified yet since am a newbie.

                OK, that's s start.  Do you have any other network issues, or is it just this one FB game?  Are you using Squid 2 or 3?  Are you using SquidGuard as well as Squid?

                  there is no other network issue. everything works fine except on that game only. the game load first before you see that error message.

                  the current squid installed on me is 2.7.9 pkg v.4.3.4.

                  no squidguard only squid. i haven't tried all the fb games but all of the games i played is works fine under pfsense. only this game having an issue for it.

                    If you have no added firewall rules and everything else is working fine with the exception of this one game, and you aren't using a content filter like SquidGuard, then my assumption is that the problem is with the game itself.  A quick Google search (which you should always do first) of the game name and the error text shows that a lot of people are having this exact same problem, and it has nothing at all to do with pfSense:

                      does it work if you bypass squid?  any denies or errors in your squid access.log?

                          Well, that was the point of my post, that these people are all having the exact same problem as you but none of them use pfSense.

                          lets make it more sense.

                          Ironic.

                          So, did you take Cino's advice and temporarily disable Squid to see if that's the issue?

                              The log doesn't show anything useful.

                                i think that's why i ask it here on how to fix the issue if i use pfsense.

                                  How many PC's are on your network?  There is so much dynamic content these days, squid probably isn't doing you any good anyway.  Not to mention, with today's broadband speeds, you'd be better off using the traffic shaper.

                                  Uninstall Squid and report back.
