Restricting access to management interface

I have already read this: https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Restrict_access_to_management_interface
I have created the two aliases: ManagementAccess / ManagementPorts
and disabled the anti-lockout rule.
When I go to create a new rule though I see no way to add an Alias to:
- Source
- Destination Ports
I must be missing something simple here but that docs page doesn't show or diagram image how to add the two aliases into the rule itself.
Please help

RINTADM & USERMAN are IP Aliases
BadPorts is Port Alias
