How to use Pre-authentication URL

Hi guy, I have one question about using pre-authentication url. I want when user connect to my network, user when redirect to an authencation web page in my public website, login on this and can use the network. I see on captive portal have option about pre-authentication url. I want know how to my website can communication with pfsense allow user already authentication on my website can using network. Sr about my english.
