Java application block

Hi guys
on my outgoing rules i've blocked all,
i have application which is build on Java, when i open the application behind pfsense it doesnt work. when i open it on different network it does work.
when i launch the apps seems its use a website https://…....com
on the income connection i allowed port 443. but it still not working.
do i need to allow the port 443 on the outgoing too ?
