BOUNTY: AP MONITOR 50-100$

I was wondering is there a widget someone can create that monitors all access point witch can simply ping an ip and show if it's online or offline and if the ip is down then a email is sent to network admin.

I don't think this is something pfSense should do.

I would recommend something like Nagios for that kind of requirement.

Or the controller for the AP even..  What APs are you using?  Pinging the management IP of the AP does little to tell you if wireless is actually up and running - are you wanting to ping a wireless client connected to that specific AP?

Simple no way to ping stuff and get an alert is smokeping.
