I read recently that MonoWall have begun to implement a configuration of multiple ssid's on the one wireless card (apparently the capability is hardware/chipset dependent). Is anyone aware of plans for the same in pfSense? It would be a very useful feature.

It has been possible in pfSense, with the right card, since 2.0-RELEASE.

Interfaces > (assign), Wireless tab. Create them and assign them. Most Atheros cards support running up to four SSIDs.

Thanks Jimp. I never realised that was possible in pfSense. I feel silly for asking but at least now I know. Thanks again  :)
