[Feature Request] being able to create multiple vlans from webgui

Hello everyone

when i was doing my installation of the pfsense 2.1.5 i was creating manually 16 vlans for my home network,  you may wonder why i need all those vlans created . well i have a 8 mbit internet wich i share the cost with my neighbours i was wondering if the pfsense team can code or add a new feature to the webgui like the traffic shaper wizard a wizard for the vlan creation .

example :

vlan creation wizard :
parent interface : ( xl0 ) or something
how many vlans to create : ( eg : 20 )
starting from : 100
increment by : 10 ( 110,120,130,140 )
set dhcp automatically : yes/no
number of clients autorized : ( 20 - 30 )

i think it will be useful for a fast configuration setup .
