Unable to Log into Hotmail and some other pages

I set up a LAN and a Wireless OPT on my router, the LAN works fine i can log into any pages but i do not
have the captive portal set up on this. My Wireless has the Captive portal and I am unable to view certain
websites live Hotmail and Gmail (cannot log in) any ideas on how to fix this?
