Is it possible to have multiple aliases listed in the destination address box in the rules?

      So for example,
      Firewall: NAT: Outbound: Edit

      Source: VPN Alias
Destination: (Is NOT) Alias A (or) Alias B

How do I add the "or" into the destination box?

I don't believe so, but you can have aliases that hold other aliases.  For your example, create Alias C that has two members, Alias A and Alias B.
