Unauthorized PC can't access local server for server scripting

Trying to authenticate users from my server (say @ 192.168.0.25 or 192.168.1.25) using AJAX – Tested fine outside the portal, but IN the portal, it times out. I realized I can't access the LAN server as unauthorized guy in portal, even though the server is in the "allowed IP address"  (says allows both TO and FROM)..

But apparently that's not right O__o what's up?
