Can Squid be limited to IP instead of subnet?

Before I go into installing and configuring Squid proxy, can it be set so that only a particular device/IP be connected to it? I may only want to use the Proxy for one particular machine and not every machine on a particular subnet.

Don't use transparent mode and only hosts set to use it as a proxy will use it.

I haven't actuallyed started configuring Squid so I did not know you could do such a thing. I didn't want to spend time messing with Squid to find out I couldn't do what I wanted to do. I guess I will try it though.
