I have an environment that is connected to the public internet over a (Cisco-based) point to point connection. I have NAT setup to hit OpenVPN on an internal pfSense router.

I want to leverage the OpenVPN client export utility, but the problem I'm facing is the generating OpenVPN configs (and configs as .exe's) is that the remote setting binds it to the pfSense interface IP (an RFC 1918 address).

Is it possible to override the remote setting in the pfSense implementation of OpenVPN?
