Ntopng stops

Hello all,

I'm trying to use this package but from time to time (quite often) the service is stopped and I have to manually start it. And after I start it again, all the traffic data is gone.

Does anyone have the same issue? I don't know why the service is stopping.

I got the same problem.
I start the service and like 20 minutes later, I stops by itself…
I reinstalled it twice now, and it keeps stopping.
Same happens with ntop.

What can i do to help resolve the problem? Where are the logfiles?

Are you sure you have the same problem like the OP, i.e., completely run out of disk space?

I have 80GB hard disk with 90% free space, but Ntopng stop after minutes.

My mistake, i mean notopng.

The redis server has stop and ntopng service crash.

what is the problem ???
