How to increase to more than 8 limiter schedules per limiter
-
Hi All,
I have a shitty cable connection where i am managing a 0.5 to 1.5 Mb upload speed.
My cable provider is so crap that i cant always guarantee that i will have 1.5Mb available for upload. So at certain times of the day, i will get anywhere between 0.5 and 1.5 upload.
The way i have been managing this with my cloud backup so i dont bring my internet connection to a halt is to have a limiter running that i can set certain limits of bandwidth as granular as 1 hour increments. I have worked out a good pattern for when the cable will slow down.
However here lies my problem. With the current 2.2.1 update i can now use 8 schedules on a single limiter. Is there any way to increase to more than 8? I would like to use a few more as this type of limiting as it is really helping me manage my WAN bandwidth. Or if there i no way to increase this, how can i request a feature to allow more schedules to be used with a single limiter?
Ideally i would like to use 24 of them or at least around 18 or so. That will allow me to fine tune my connection throughout the whole day as my cable bandwidth is all over the shop.
This was not an issue on my old ADSL connection as i ran the cloud backup traffic in a low queue and limited the WAN to a specific number. However this will not work here with my cable as my upload fluctuates quite a bit depending on the time of the day.
Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
Cheers.
