      Hi all,
I got problems with OpenVPN on PFsense 2.2 and 2.2.1 version as below:

      • OpenVPN client package can not extract to install when download .exe file from PFSENSE
      • If i copy configuration file of OpenVPN then paste to Config folder where installed OpenVPN client, i can established VPN connection successful but can not ping/access to the Local Network.

This didn't happen with 2.1.5 version

Have you guys face these issues and any guide to resolve, please?

One OpenVPN is integral to Pfsense…...only configuration I am aware of is you have to create your Keys WITH Pfsense. Now those keyfiles can be exported from Pfsense to set up Openvpn clients on your user devices.
Hopefully this is what you mean on downloading from Pfsense.
Best way I know of is to use the wizards and setup your server and client on your Pfsense box. Then export the keyfiles created to other user devices or another Pfsense box for point to point and user remote access.

I missed something I guess as it appears the Devs have made some changes to the defaults and setup of NAT. You might look at that and see if something there has changed. It appear's that some things have been "tightened up" a bit and others different types of default behaviors are a little different.

I know I had Private Internet Access setup on 2.1.5 fine, but after the upgrade my user id and password file was not carried over to 2.2.1. After I made a new file everything else worked.

That is normal for changes made outside the GUI.

You don't need the file any more after 2.2.  There are now a username/password fields in the client config GUI.  You can populate those and clear the auth-user-pass entry in the Advanced text area.
