Squid issue with update to 2.2.1

Yes I finally decided to upgrade my system from 2.1.5 to 2.2.1 and now every time I put squid in transparency mode, no one can even access anything on the network. They are all on different vlans, so I am not sure if that plays a role in it or not. But as of now, I have to disable squid for it to work properly. Thanks
