Squidguard on Squid3 on PFS-2.1.5, PFS-2.2, PFS 2.2.1 not running

Squidguard on Squid3 on PFS-2.1.5, PFS-2.2, PFS 2.2.1 not running
But if you run this code integration below on console it will worked or the service is running. But you need to keep it running on background.
But squid not logging and squidguard not blocking sites.

redirect_program /usr/pbi/squidguard-i386/bin/squidGuard -c /usr/pbi/squidguard-i386/etc/squidGuard/squidGuard.conf;redirector_bypass off;

or
