Rules are parsed top-down, so your block rule at the bottom will never trigger since the rule directly above it allows everything.  This topic has been covered many times before.  Do a forum search for 'steam' and you will get some good info back.

I'm sorry but i can't find any post that helps me out.

so your block rule at the bottom will never trigger since the rule directly above it allows everything.

now the block rule is on top,but it still not blocking anything

            Make "source" LAN2 subnet.

kill all active states to LAN2.

Rule 2 looks in the wrong place.

Awesome! i edited the source to lan2 net, and now it works. If i disable the last rule the clients can't connect to the wan.

Rule 2 looks in the wrong place.

That should be on the LAN address ?
