      My torrent /NAS will be also streaming to my Amazon fire sticks via SMB. I'll be running windows of course, and Pfsense will be routing ALL traffic thru OpenVPN. I have a 100mb connection down link and want to max it out. How much ram should this pc have?

        ram is not an issue … openvpn is very cpu intensive. you'll have to see how much throughput you'll get.
