Ok got a problem. I am using the EMP-8602(Atheros 5212 chipset) Problem I have is that I am getting a lot of in errors, spotty signal, and very weak signal. Ocassionally it boosts up to full signal but then goes away after 10 seconds. I tried a lot of the stuff read on the forums. So far I have tried the following:

      Changed diversity
Tried to statically set the antennas, to both tx/rx, 1 tx, and the other rx, etc.
Tried to lower the tx power.
      Enabled CTS and RTS
      changed distance to 30 meters

I am using the embedded version of 1.2(alix)

Any ideas? I am at a total loss right now.

Make sure your psu is powerful enough. especially when using an additional power consumer like a wlancard some psus are just too weak.

Well still had problems with the receive errors. However on monowall 1.3b11 the problems go away. Not sure if this is maybe a bug somewhere.
