      Hello,
I installed pfsense 2.2.2 on Esxi , with Openvpn ( roadwarrior setup ). The VPN connection works, users from my AD authenticate without issues and can use internet through the firewall, but there is no way to get a lan IP. The connection ip address sticks on tunnel network ip.
      Anyway some infos:
      lan network : 10.10.8.0/22
tun network: 192.168.168.0/24 –--- configured on openvpn server
      wan : public Ip
pfsense ip: 10.10.8.253/22 ---- is not the lan network default gw
      DHCP server : 10.10.8.1/22
If you need any other info please ask

      Thank you

Your LAN and WAN are in same subnet. Are they connected to the same virtual network?
If not maybe the traffic is miss-routed as a result.
