Squid3, c-icap, clamd, only https works

  • hi,

due to some issues after updating from 2.1.5 to 2.2.2 I newly installed 2.2.2 and restored my config.
after that I didn't get HAVP running, so I tried to use c-icap+clamd of the squid package..
I followed the steps shown in http://taste-of-it.de/pfsense-squid-als-transparenter-proxy-mit-antivirus-funktion-fuer-http/

now if I enable antivirus, only https pages are reachable, if I try any http page, I get an c icap configuration error c-icap-config not found

  • Same problem here, been working on this a few days with no result.  The fixes posted for 2.1 don't apply.

did you ever figure out how to get this going?

    Edit –-

I was able to get AV with squid 3 to work from this post:
