In my sarg reports for one of My computers one website az29176.vo.msecnd.net keeps popping up that uses a lot of bandwidth at times I have had no luck finding out what it is. Anyone seen this before ? First I I am worried it may be a malware second I have facebook and all social media blocked and I am thinking maybe the person at this computer might be surfing facebook using some kind of anonymous website.

Would you have tried finding out something about that domain you would have found this:
        http://whois.domaintools.com/msecnd.net
Introducing the Windows Azure Content Delivery Network

Don't over react, always do your job first and evaluate what you see.

Yeah, stuff like that is almost always a CDN of some sort.
