Ntop running but not able to access url

Had ntop installed a while back on the pfsense. I removed it for some testing, upgarded pfsense, installed ntop back, however I cannot access it. I can see it running though. I tried installing it, its gui components etc, but it doesn't seem to be working. The ntop at 3000 fails to load somehow when I click Access ntop.

process shows as running.

etc: ps aux | grep ntop

root  49786  0.0  2.8 295040 104888  -  Ss    3:35PM      0:01.29 /usr/local/bin/ntop -i em0,em1 -u root -d -4 -M -x 8102 -X 8192

Can anyone help ?
