Badnwidthd server error

When i click the SERVICES > BANDWIDTHD menu i get "500 - Insernal Server Error"

a little background.
I originally installed bandwidthd on 2.1, and enabled it. got this 500 error.
theni uninstalled the package, and upgraded pfsense to 2.2 and re-installed the package.
still getting the same error.

is there something that I can do about this?
a log i can check?
