TCP_DENIED/403

Using 2.2.2-RELEASE (amd64) with squid3 0.2.8 package.

When on the proxy, I get a TCP_DENIED/403 errors (from Status: Proxy Monitor)

These errors come when we try to reach specific websites in HTTPs which are not on port 443.

When I shutdown the proxy, everything works fine.

Any idea what's causing this?
