None of the changes I make on the log management tab stick after I click save.  I am using version 3.2.4 for snort and 2.2.2-RELEASE (amd64) for pfsense.  Is this happening for anyone else?  Any workarounds?  Thanks

I tested this on a virtual machine with Snort 3.2.4 installed and could not reproduce the problem.  I successfully saved several changes to the LOG MGMT tab settings.

What browser are you using?  I tested with IE 11 on Windows 7.

I tried IE and chrome and same result for me :(  Do you know were the config files are located in the filesystem?  I could just make the changes manually right?

The configuration is stored in the config.xml file that contains all of the pfSense configuration information.  Hand-editing is not recommended.

Which particular parameter(s) are you trying to save?  Maybe I just happened to select some that worked during my short test.  I did not test every single one.  I tested only two or three.

I fired up my VM again and changed every single editable setting on the LOG MGMT tab and they all saved.  I am unable to duplicate your problem.  Is there perhaps a caching server somewhere between you and the firewall that might be serving up a stale copy of the page?  Something like Squid, for example?

Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page to see if the changes took.
