Squid and http/1.1 and 417 errors - FIX

I found a workaround for our NAS boxes not managing to update their AV packages which I thought I would share with you.

They would constantly timeout when trying to auto-update. I am not 100% sure if they use http/1.1 but in any case, putting in:

ignore_expect_100 on

into the Custom Option screen in Proxy Server/General  has made the updates work
