Sqiud - Icap won't start.

Hello. so far so good. i am almost done with the antivirus configuration in Squid3.
But Icap won't start. so far i have tried to start it through the web guy without luck.

any clever thoughts?

I just took a look at my logs again and I can see there is some more

I also had trouble starting Icap for the antivirus when I was playing with it a little while ago, could be something in the Proxy server: Antivirus config page.
