      Hello guys,

I was unable to find anything related to this topic in the forum. Anyone has been able to make the Whatsapp voice call work? I've allowed the common whatsapp ports, source phone is able to call the destination phone, but when the call is accepted both devices shows the "connecting" message.

      Any thought?

      Thanks,

Hello Kom, I appreciate your reply. BTW, I've been looking those topics previously, but I'm still unable to solve this particular issue. Again, Whatsapp is working as a charm for messaging, file transfer, etc etc. Voice call feature is not working only. I've attached a screenshot of my WAN ruleset and port alias, any ideas?

          Thanks,

            any ideas?

Idea #1 should always be Look in your firewall log for blocked traffic, specifically incoming WAN traffic from the Whatsup IP addresses.  I don't use this app so I can only offer you general help.

Looking at the WAN rules source. You are seriously expecting to match traffic from LAN_WLAN there? Good luck…

What they're saying is "how is it possible that LAN_WLAN traffic hits the WAN interface? Are they two network cards plugged into the same switch?"

                  Perhaps start with this: https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Firewall_Rule_Troubleshooting#Interface_Selection
