Tcp_outgoing_address in squid proxy

Hello all;
I have a big problems with squid proxy in load balancing
Not work tcp_outgoing_address in squid proxy
Network configuration is shown in the  below
wan1 : y.y.183.9
wan2: x.x.92.209
default gateway : wan1
in squid–> general tab-->integrations box: tcp_outgoing_address x.x.92.209
but squid not route traffic to y.y.y.209 ,yet  squid route traffic on default gateway interface
in site www.showmyip.gr showing your ip is ; y.y.183.9
Can you help me? Thanks
