I'm on all the latest versions of PFSense , Squid and SquidGuard and my disk space is as 100%. I'm trying to delete the SquidGuard Cache by using the command, rm-rf /var/squid/cache and when entered i get Permission denied. I'm logged in vis SSH using my Admin account name and password.

Can someone tell me what permissions I need to use or how to change the permission of the files and directories in cache so that i can delete them.

login as 'root' on the console/ssh, not as 'admin'

You should shut down squid first,  then rm -r the cache dir, then run squid -z to recreate it.
