VPN communication with each other and main site

Is it possible for road warrior clients to communicate with each other and the network behind the pfsense? I have no trouble with communication from our network to the individual clients and vice versa, but the clients cannot communicate at all with each other. Is this possible? I would like full communication between all clients and the main site.
We are doing this so that support staff can connect from outside via a VPN and then troubleshoot problems on the individual road warriors. We do this now by remoting in to an internal PC and then going out again - sort of a proxy, but the delay imposed by this is horrendous.

under the settings on vpn isnt there a check box that will allow vpn users to communicate with each other.
