We have been using a Captive Portal for about 6 months and Captive Portal suddenly stopped working.  Users can login with their local username and password and it shows as an authenticated device but they can't get out to the internet.  When doing a tcpdump we only see their traffic leaving and not coming back.  If we bypass their device either with IP or MAC address we get the same results.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Be careful, that thread is talking about an issue that existed with a very old pfSense version. Most of the code has changed by now.
(never ever use an old version - even experts don't)
