-
Hello everyone my request simple but effective :)
Im IT Technician and I should be upgrade all Windows 8.1 Pro computers to Windows 10 Pro
Upgrade file more than 2.5 GB
Normally my squid package working pefect but cache limit 200mb.
I need only Windows 10 upgrade file to be cached. (x86 & x64)
Have a way to do this? Command etc.
Im not using WSUS, I know it easy way but my Windows Server crashing during the installition WSUS server.

This is not how you do it. Plus, the is not something distributed via WSUS. You simply deploy things via WDS. (If you don't want to set up that, just placing the (preferably unpacked) ISO on a network share is perfectly enough to do things manually. Squid is no solution here.)

You certainly can't cache a 2.5 GB file in a 200MB cache.
Run this and then distribute it to your clients locally:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Once again. Please, read above. You simply are doing it wrong. (And while the max. cached file size is configurable in the GUI, it's still completely wrong way to mass-deploy W10 upgrades.)

Okay i see but it should be done. If squid do it I wanna try If not, Im searching other ways.

If you absolutely insist on doing it via squid then just increase your hard disk cache size to something that can hold the update.

You also need Maximum Object Size set accordingly. No further assistance from me, this is dead end as noted above.
