      hi all,

      i have installed squid package, i have set it up to cache but i want to know if i have configured it correctly as im not to sure its working, how can i tell?

      these are my settings i have used, my HD is 30gig and ram is 2gig

        What I can tell u is:

        1. Don't use any more ufs, use aufs.
        2. U have not enable logging, are u not going to use SARG or other app to get squid reports?
        3. How many user will use your cache? 3GB for cache is low even for a small number of users.

        But will be better to show squid.conf, some important settings are missing here.
