I need help when I'm going to configure my networks firewalls and routers. Any assistance that you may give would be appreciated!

And you can expect that the network is connected to internet with a internet connection on 10/10Mbit/s and the internal network is rigged with 100Mbit/s switches and network cards. I need your help getting the best speed and security in my network.

If you whant to suggest hardware you can, but the most importet thing I need help with is the configuration of the routers and firewalls.
