Squid - error page when accessing websites

hi all,
get this error message when i access certain websites, doesnt happen to all the websites i visit only some, i know its got something to do with my squid setup but i dont know what

Squid 2.7 is dead. Nothing will get fixed there.

I try to remove squid cache file (rm -fR /var/squid) and then reinstall squid package, It is Ok!
