Multi Gateway setup

Good Day, I am totally new to pfsense but i have been able to set up failover gateways and load balancing gateways. I would like to find the users that are hogging the bandwidth for themselves using youtube or facebook when they should be doing something else!!. I installed ntopng but it only works for one gateway. I have tried doing high downloads but it doesnt see my pc doing those downloads.

What package should I be using to monitor users usage and what websites those usage is being used on?
Should I find a solution that uses the multi wan to do it's monitoring?

You can check in Traffic Graph or states for those. :)
