Vpn_lt2p.php not converted yet

I noticed it had a strange-looking pair of radio buttons for "Off" and "Enable". Then quickly looked in the code and it seems it is not bootstrap converted yet?
The "Off"/"Enable" radio buttons are in 2.2.5 also - I wonder why that is not a checkbox?

It looks like while this page was converted to Bootstrap, it was not converted to the Form.class framework, hence it is something of an odd man out.
Performing that conversion will be easy enough though. I'll get to it later today.

Page has been updated to use Form.classes
The removal of the "WINS server" input is deliberate.
