      hi i am new to this forum.. need help for tutorial in using database as users for user manager..

      im thinking of making multiple user.. more like 1000 user…

      im using the captive portal for thesis purposes... need help tnx...

        The captive portal settings in PFS are self-explanatory. Setting up the authentication server is the only thing which will take a bit of time and effort. There are many tutorials on the internet which explain how to set up a Freeradius server - the system I use to authenticate anything up to 40,000 users. Here are some links to a few of them:

          Thank you for the Reply… i appreciated the tutorials... but ive seen its all linux based tutorial... any WINDOWS Based tutorial for Free Radius??... TY  ;D ;D ;D

            Windows has it's own Radius service built-in. For Windows 2008 and above it's known as Network Policy Server (NPS).

            This tutorial is for setting up a VPN authentication system, but the principle is the same:
