Howto mass block domains?

It's possible to block all domains in *.hk, *.cn, *.ph, *.ro, *.ru and forward from this domains to other address or show user info about reason of block?

Use OpenDNS as your DNS instead of your ISP's.  There you can block those domains through the control pannel.
