I converted the System Patches package to Bootstrap and it's ready for some initial testing. The new version (1.1.0) is up now.
Testing and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

KNOWN ISSUES:
- Trying to move a patch into the last position does not seem to work properly, but moving other places does.
